Good food but - Edit
The food was very good and the servers were very nice, I enjoyed the chestnut and cabbage and also the pana cotta. However the service was very slow even though there weren’t many people. They also had very jarring techno music that was too loud.

Hidden gem for vegans! - Edit
This place doesn't market itself for vegans but it was the best meal I had whilst in Faro.
Read moreIt serves small/sharing plates, and the whole vegetarian section on the menu is vegan, so lots of choice! They also had a homemade vegan nut cheese and gazpacho.
The restaurant is lovely and authentic with a cosy, relaxed atmosphere and very attentive and informative staff.
It was so nice to finally eat somewhere with lots of interesting choices and them all be delicious too. Highly recommend, especially with a meat eater so you're both happy. The lemon zucchini dish was my favourite!

Beautiful traditional spot with lovely food. The waiter was able to show us about 8 vegan options for tapas, including a vegan cheese starter. We really loved it

Fresh and tasty - Edit
A small restaurant with rough and ready decoration and an on open kitchen. It offers some tapas, many of which are veg*n. It is generally fresh and tasty. Portions are not that big, though: you would probably count 3 plates per person. Not so cheap in the end 😉

Excellent flavour, highly recommend - Edit
The staff here were welcoming, fun and very good cooks (one of the chefs was also veggie and brilliant to accommodate and advise me)! We had the mushrooms and sweet potato, corguette and pancake things (!). The star of the show was the courgette. Definitely order This! The decor was traditional Portuguese. We had a brilliant experience here and would advise all to check it out! A total hidden gem. Ooo and if you have a sweet tooth the salted caramel cake thing was to DIE for 🫶

It looked like a very cute romantic place but honestly we were very disappointed, the food was greasy, very expensive (one small potato 7 €), I mean the staff was young and nice but I really didn’t enjoy the food!

Vegan tapas - Edit
Interesting and tasty vegan tapas options. Not great variety for vegan, but since they opened (and I’ve been visiting it irregularly ever since) they always looked to present vegan options. Last time I went I was with a big group and the waitress was just not in the mood to attend us, the food was nice but could be improved a bit.

Comfort food and kind staff - Edit
Unfortunately we passed by during a party so the vegan options weren't many but the staff was amazingly kind and adjusted some for us, even with the restaurant and the surrounding area completely crowded. The food was very tasty and their kindness was noted. We were grateful.

Lots of vegan options in this cozy, traditional Portuguese cozinha. The food is magnificent. It also serves fish and meat, but more than enough plant-based tapas to make up for a romantic little dinner in an old Faro street.

Go to this restaurant!!!! - Edit
The app won't let me give 5 stars because it's not a fully vegan or veggie restaurant, but honestly, please go here. We weren't sure to start with. We looked at the menu and didn't think it was going to be much, but the food was incredible.
Read moreThe restaurant is down a quiet lane, decorated in a really cool eclectic way, the staff are friendly, helpful and warm.
The food, was fantastic. Honestly we went on a whim when another reservation fell through, and it was one of our favourite places of the whole holiday. The food was beautiful and i whole heartedly recommend it. The food comes as it's ready. As a couple we ordered 5 plates of food which suited is well enough with a pint each and the peach crumble which was also wonderful.. a fantastic surprise!
Pros: All of the vegetarian options are vegan , Wonderful homely restaurant , Wonderful staff
Cons: None

Great cozy place, daily changing menu with smaller tapas kinda dishes to share. Standard some vegan options but good to ask and they can just surprise you with lovely prepared food. Not a place for if you're in a rush but a place to sit back and relax and enjoy your food and company.

Fantastic - Edit
The staff were knowledgeable on what was vegan - all of their vegetarian options are naturally vegan anyway plus one of the daily specials too. The dishes are small, but very cheap, so 4+ dishes per person is a good amount (even though they recommended only 3). Aubergines in spicy tomato sauce was the best dish!

The best food we found in Portugal - Edit
We were looking for Portuguese tapas. And then we found this place! It is not a vegan restaurant but they have many vegan and veggie options. We stayed in Portugal for nine days and this was definitely the best place we ate at. Cute, original, total nice service. You sit on the street or inside and you can order many dishes. We ordered five plates and each plate was awesome!
