A brilliant experience!

The aroma that greeted me as I walked into "A Tal da Pizza" was simply amazing, promising a treat for my taste buds, and I wasn't disappointed. The pizza I chose, "Olhar com Olhos de Ver" (vegan version), was a symphony of mouthwatering flavours, thanks to the different species of mushrooms, crunchy pistachio nuts and vegan cheese toppings, drizzled with flavoured olive oils — truffle, garlic and spicy. The fact that they use dough with natural yeast to make their pizzas added a unique flavour and texture, making each bite a delight.
Their vegan dessert, "De Pernas para o Ar" (upside down: the cake that dreamed of being a dark chocolate brownie with cashew nuts), was superb. Not only was the name intriguing, but the taste was beyond scrumptious. The combination of rich dark chocolate and the nutty goodness of cashews was a match made in dessert heaven. The presentation, complete with a flower, added a touch of elegance that perfectly complemented the flavours.
