A cafe located within "FABLE" home shop. Chill, clean modern vibe with lots of light. Offers lemon loaf, chocolate chip cookies, salted double chocolate cookies, banana bread, pumpkin loaf, some of which may be vegan. All drinks with dairy alternatives. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-6:00pm.

What a breath of fresh air. A living wage cafe/coffee shop, no additional charge for plant milks and many vegan choices, clearly marked and separated in the bakery case. When I was there, vegan options were: lemon loaf, pumpkin loaf, banana bread, chocolate chip cookie, double salted chocolate cookie and a breakfast cookie. The lemon loaf was really exceptional. Something was different about it, which may have been attributed to what looked like millet, finely shredded coconut and who knows what else. It was next level delicious. I also had an oat chai latte which was smooth and perfectlymade. Not overly sweet and had a nice delicate spice balance. They served it in a ceramic mug, which I enjoyed in one of the light and bright seating areas. They have small bistro tables for 2-3, a communal table plus a living room type space with comfy couches and little tables. They also have puppuccinos on the menu and welcome dogs, although none were there when I visited. The staff here are welcoming and kind. A true gem of a place.
