Best hot pot of my life

The problem with most hot pot places is that, first of all, they're rarely veg friendly, and second of all, you can't really customize your ingredients very much. You never get enough of your favorite parts, or too much of what you're not into, so there's a lotnof food waste.

This place doesn't have those problems. It has a massive variety of vegetables, rice noodles, sauces, and you can get exactly what you want. It's also just really fun--like the most fun hot pot experience I've had.

I haven't been here since covid started but I miss it so much. I am so excited for my next oppurtunity to go.

Pros: So many vegetables. ALL the vegetables, Really good deal for vegans

Cons: Only one vegan broth option, Sauces with fish aren't always clearly labeled
