Decent noodle bowl - Edit
They had a few vegan options. I am always excited to try a new noodle dish. This one was fairly good. It didn’t leave me dying to go back. Definitely not the BEST options in Pensacola or even downtown. But if you’re nearby and want noodles, it was good. The Brussels sprouts were 10/10

not my favorite but a good option for downtown - Edit
i don’t love the vegan ramen here but the buddhas plate and sourdough with edamame hummus are pretty good!! and they frequently switch out specials that are vegan!!

Good options - Edit
Love to see a restaurant with many labeled vegan options on the menu! I got the impossible rice noodle bowl and it’s was good. Nothing outstanding but a solid choice. Staff was very friendly and service was quick.

Excellent Noodle Bowl - Edit
I first asked for the Tofu Veggie Noodle Bowl but was informed that they were out of tofu so I ordered the Impossible Rice Noodle Bowl instead. Fantastic flavor! Top notch noodle bowl. Great ambiance and friendly staff. I’d definitely visit this place again when I’m Pensacola.

Be careful! - Edit
So conflicted about this review. The ambiance and staff were awesome, but not well educated on vegan food. Ordered a vegan ramen option, and received my ramen which had shrimp added to it (I had changed the noodles from a zucchini noodle to a rice noodle option so maybe my change prompted the mistake ?) Discovered only after eating one..... Informed staff and they quickly apologized and offered to make a fresh ramen and take off our tab. I declined as I had just eaten a large appetizer and didn't want to chance it again. They then brought us a dessert on the house and said it was a vegan option (Tiramisu) which is made with condensed milk clearly labeled on the menu. They do have a pineapple vegan dessert however. My wife pointed this out to staff and they had a big huddle and then payed our tab and offered us a $50 gift certificate, which we declined as we were only in town for a few hours. Staff were so nice and concerned and tried to make things right. I'd recommend trying this establishment, but check your food and be explicit with staff about your dietary needs. Pretty bummed though as this is the first time I've known that I actually ate a non-vegan item, though I'm sure it wasn't the first and only time. Poor lil shrimp..

Best Brussel Sprouts Ever - Edit
I tried two vegan dishes from here. The seared brussel sprouts & the tofu noodle bowl. Both were very good. The brussel sprouts were so delicious. I liked the noodle bowl, but it had a lot of mushrooms in it. I like mushrooms, but not an abundance of them & this dish had an abundance. The tofu in my noodle bowl was perfect. It had the perfect crunch & flavor. A really enjoyable meal.

Try it! - Edit
I loved the hummus with rice chips that remind me of chicharron. It was so good. The impossible rice bowl reminded me of my mom's Filipino cooking and was such a large portion. I also had the vegan dessert which was pretty good.

One of my favorite places - Edit
When I went, about half the menu is vegetarian, with a number of vegan options. Veggie pho and noodle bowls were great, and so was the vegan ice cream dessert!
