So many choices including build your own pizza. Really tasty. You can order a extra small pizza ( 6”) up to a huge one. Typical prices.

Perfect Trip Stop - Edit
What a perfect stop during our 13-hour road trip day! The restaurant is right off of I-40 and features tons of veggie pizza options with vegan cheese. Our waiter Nick was the friendliest server ever and such a delight. Definitely try this place!

Read moreThe pizza is very good. We got a build your own, with all the olives and mushrooms and it was remarkably good. I would come here all the time if I lived here.
The service was also very good. The waitress brought several beers over for my husband to try before he committed.

Both locations are wonderful! We ate at one on our way to Colorado and at the other one on the way back home. The first time I had the Colorado served vegan and the second time I built my own vegan pizza with jalapenos, roasted red peppers and portabella mushrooms. So very good!

Lack of vegan places in this town. Was recommended this place by a work acquaintance while I was on a very brief trip.
Read moreTheir regular pizza base is vegan. They also have a cauliflower base that is not vegan. I presumed the cauliflower base was vegan and ordered that, the waitress mentioned the rest of my order to the cook who, of his own volition told her that the base I’d chosen was not vegan. I really appreciated that and made it a point to thank him.
They also offer soy cheeze topping. The waitress knew what vegan meant and was able to help me choose without hesitation.
Nice industrial/loft decor, decent ambiance. Was busy enough at lunch on a Monday.
Of course we need more vegan places in a city like Amarillo, but nice to know that vegans won’t starve while visiting here. I’d go back if I’m in town again.

When we told our waiter we wanted vegan pizza, he told us that was no problem whatsoever. They could veganize any pizza on the menu, but he recommended the surgeon pizza to us, which was a pizza with tomato sauce, veggies and cheese. We already had something like that in mind, so we switched the mozzarella for vegan cheese (they use daiya for those interested) and went for it.
Read moreWe shared a 12 inch pizza between the two of us, which was a great size. The pizza was nice and crispy and the vegan cheese had melted really well.
The staff is nice and attentive. They could be described as a bit alternative, but that only makes things more fun. Definitely recommend!

Finally nice to get pizza with vegan cheese. Just wish they had a whole wheat crust option. Don't be discouraged by exterior of building. It is nicer inside than one expects.

While only the Non-Hillside location gave me non-vegan cheese *one time* I still really like their pizza.

Fantastic Place to Break up Long Roadtrip - Edit
Our family stopped here for dinner on our 27-hr roadtrip between NM and FL. We love using happy cow to find local spots with veggie options. 575 Pizzeria was fantastic; delicious fresh salads & hand-tossed pizzas, great live music, friendly local scene, and just off the interstate so easy to get to without losing valuable driving time. Such a refreshing break from awful chain fast food places!
