This was our first meal in Osaka as the cafe is only 5 mins from our hotel. The food was delicious, nice and polite staff. The matcha latte I can definitely come back for!

A cozy cafe. The gluten free pancakes made of rice flour, served with soymilk cream, were really nice and fluffy. The gluten free vegan gyoza also tasted really great!

The merch is as adorable as the food is delicious! - Edit
I hadn’t read the reviews before we went so the cat theme was a wonderful surprise. The place only seats 7 so keep that in mind. We got the last 3 seats when we got there at 3pm. The restroom is outside and a couple doors down (and needs a code to get in). The worker escorted me and entered the code for me. They provided nice big wet wipes to clean our hands before eating and there were outlets at every seat to charge our phones.
Read moreWe ordered the Gyoza, which came with a cat shaped dish of soy sauce for dipping. They were perfectly cooked and stuffed with plenty of veggies. My daughter and I had the Salt flavored Ramen and my husband had the Miso Ramen. They were totally different and both delicious. I loved the creaminess of mine. The broth was super tasty and the bite of the noodles was just right. The pumpkin and other veggies on top were fresh and yummy.
I saved room so that I could get the cat shaped pancakes for dessert. I got the blueberry sauce, they came with Vegan whipped cream too. They looked exactly like the photo on the menu. They were grilled to a golden brown and were fluffy with a hint of corn flavor. A perfect end to our meal.
My daughter bought a cat tea cup as a present for a friend. I recommend this place very highly and would definitely go back.

It's a wee cafe place. Vegan Japanese pancakes look amazing but the taste is like sand (very dry) provably because of the rice flour that has been used. Gyozas were lovely. The prices were quite expensive comparing to the quality of the food.

Cute little restaurant with a fanCATstic theme (sorry). The soy sauce plate and bowl for my scone were both cat face-shape which was very cute. I had the gyoza and a scone, with a pineapple/orange smoothie and it was very nice. My companion was delighted that she could try tempura despite her wheat allergy, and it also tasted great. So definitely recommend this spot, especially if you like cats.

Very small place but if you can get a seat it’s well worth it. Bit pricey but again… worth it. Gyoza, tempura, milkshake and black tea scone were all delicious. Very cute place too with little origami cranes you can take away!

Cute Spot but Overpriced for the Portion Size - Edit
Tried this vegan restaurant recently and while the food tasted decent, I felt it was quite overpriced for what was served. I ordered the vegan gyozas (5 pieces for ¥880) and a vegetable tempura plate (around 6 pieces for the same price).

I believe the ramen is a limited time menu item but it lacks a strong flavor. It came with soy meat that had no flavor at all and the stock was weak.

Cozy cafe with some charming cat decor, an origami gift at your place setting and friendly service. My husband had vegetable tempura with a pineapple orange oat milk smoothie. I had a curry with rice and some tempura along with a strawberry soy cafe. Everything was delicious!

Cute Cat Pancakes - Edit
In a day full of eating, we managed to fit in Vegan Cafe Tsukineko too. We tried the pancake set and the gyoza. It's wonderful to find a place that offers vegan versions of cute food that's otherwise so popular all over Japan. The fruit with the pancakes was a bit too cold and bland, and the staff didn't quite show the usual Japanese hospitality, but it was still a nice experience overall.

El lugar es pequeño y acogedor. La comida riquísima, lo único que puedo marcar es que las chicas que atienden se van para atrás (la cocina) y no están presentes en el salón. Para pedir algo más hay que llamarlas varias veces porque no se asoman a ver si necesitas algo. Pero es un lugar con comida muy rica, repito. El precio es alto pero es una linda experiencia.

Got to enjoy cute cat shaped pancakes as a gluten free vegan in Japan which is an experience I wasn't sure I was doing to be able to have. Pancakes were delightful, good number of syrup and sorbet flavour options, fruit was fresh and tasty.
