Really good food choices!

The restaurant is in a small strip mall. We disliked the heavy smell of fish when we first walked in but I'm glad we did. There are so many vegan options, it's great! I had the taco salad with their walnut/mushroom "meat. So fresh and delicious. We also tried the nachos with bbq jackfruit and vegan queso. My husband liked the tacos too. I want to go and have a Pina colada smoothie!

Pros: Vegan Taco meat with walnuts/mushrooms., Willing to do substitutes , Their selection of smoothies, acai bowls

Cons: Smell of fish, Close early, 5pm

Good Healthy Options

Well delineated options and friendly helpful service. Great for a quick bite and a fresh smoothie or juice. The avocado was very tasty, perfectly ripe and seasoned well. The smoothies and juices were made well, the proportions of fruits and vegetables were very tasty.

We come to Twin Falls to visit family and we return to this cafe each time we come back.

The review is boosted by our gratitude to have such a cafe in a town rather lacking fresh, healthy options.

Pros: Friendly and helpful, Fresh produce used in dishes and drinks, Central location with good parking

Good vegan choices.

I had a jackfruit taco and a vegan taco - both were very good. They will provide vegan bread on request.

Highly Recommend

Best veggie wrap! Gluten free wrap with veggies and beet hummus, so good. Picked up a loaf of their vegan GF bread, my toast is now top notch. Light and fluffy, tasty and yummy.

Quick and tasty

Stopped in while traveling through, fantastic they are gluten free and have plenty of vegan items. Had the Jackfruit tacos and a vegan taco. Both were delicious. Best to spread them to the extra corn tortilla to double the amount of tacos!
We also got the rice and kale bowl, this was good tasting but was too much rice va kale. Better to request more kale and less rice.
The energy shake was fantastic. Frozen banana, peanut butter and chocolate. Espresso too but no decaf option.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Gluten free

Cons: Not all vegan.

Awesome avocado toast

The avocado toast was awesome. We are vegan and were unsure what we would eat while visiting Twin Falls. We were pleasantly surprised when we found this place. Coffee and juice also very good.

Good but expensive

The vegan options are great for the few things explicitly marked vegan. For anything else be sure to confirm your vegan tweaks — our vegetarian nachos we ordered vegan and they came with dairy cheese, so we had to ask to have them remade. Two tacos, nachos, a beet salad (requested no cheese to make it vegan, and it came with no dressing either so just the Romaine/beets/nuts/dried cranberries), and two smoothies came to about $60 with tip, so a bit pricey. Good food and cute place otherwise.

Cons: Expensive , Vegan tweaks may not be understood/honored

Super yummy vegan breakfast!

We are so excited to have found this cafe! The smoothies and acai bowls are so refreshing and most of their pastries and bars are vegan. Lots of plant based milk options including Oatmilk, almond, coconut, chocolate hemp! Staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about vegan!

So delicious

Came to 4 Roots while on a road trip and it was a perfect stop. This was the best jackfruit entree I’ve ever had.

I’m so glad I found this place!

I can’t do five out of five stars for not being fully vegan, but the options are plentiful here! They have juices, smoothies, lunch options, and pastries all made vegan. I had the vegan tacos with the vegan “meat” (composed of walnuts and mushrooms) and it all felt so clean to eat! It settled well, while also being delicious. If I’m ever back in Twin, I will come back here!

Excellent and food, juices, and smoothies!

Great cozy restaurant! Many gluten free options, vegetarian options, and vegan options. Great options for the whole family. A lot of incredible local fruits and vegetables. All homemade. Not expensive for the quality of the food. The restaurant is 100% gluten free. Five stars! (App won't let me give it 5 stars.)

FANTASTIC

I love this place! They have a great menu, wonderful and caring staff, and a fun atmosphere. My kids love the food and the kids play area. They have organic, vegan, vegetarian and omnivore options. I recommend them to everyone! I give them 5 stars, but can't on here. So much cheaper to eat here and get good, healthy food than to eat bad food and need pills or surgery! Thank you 4 Roots, for swimming and fighting an upstream battle in an area cluttered with unhealthy options.

Pricey, but good

Pricey, but good. Soups are filling- make sure they don’t have chicken broth. Vegan paleo bars are delicious. I reccomend smoothies over juices. The atmosphere is sweet.

Healthy Vegan-Friendly Stop

Tried the "Taco" Salad (made with a mushroom-walnut "ground beef"), really good.

This is the place in Twin Falls to get healthy vegan food. Not open that late, though.

Pros: Healthy, Tasty, Not expensive

Cons: Not open late.

Perfect Roadtrip Stop

Driving from SF to Yellowstone we were happy to have any veg options to grab a bite at. Food was health, home cooked, and fresh. Kale chips with the sandwich were super crunchy and we loved the Mango Matcha smoothie.

Pros: Matcha Mango Smoothie, Easy , Affordable

Cons: Tuna salad was a bit dry, Gluten free bread

Love this place!

It is hard to find healthy food in Twin Falls, but this place is great! I have been there several times now and I really like everything I've tried.

Great Find

On a trip back towards Oregon we ended up looking for snacks at the closest health store listed. 5 minutes after. Leaving the highway we came to the plaza with the health food store, with a great surprise sitting in front of us. This cafe / juice bar was a perfect find for delicious baked goods and smoothies. If I had more of an appetite I would have ordered one of the bowls. Great staff who were very friendly. Family owned and run.
