Serves meat, vegan options available. Fish & chips takeaway with a vegan menu. Vegan selection includes fishless steaks in breadcrumbs, banana blossom ‘fish’ in batter, vegan pie, vegan sausage, pea fritters, pineapple fritters, curry sauce, mushy peas and vegan mayo. Open Tue-Sat 16:00-20:30. Last orders reccommended by 8pm, everything is cooked to order (by phone in advance or while you wait).

I always go for the fishless fish steak with chips and battered vegan sausage and it’s always so tasty and the staff is very friendly. They also have vegan mayo. Unfortunately they haven’t had banana blossom fish in a while.

The pea fritter is a bit disappointing but the pineapple one is delicious!
It’s worth calling up to order so they can cook your food while you head over.

The ladies running this place are wonderful and the vegan menu is so fantastic!! The battered sausages are Richmond which is amazing. The portion sizes of chips are wild, and we love that we can grab a massive meal for so cheap.

A really friendly fish bar, the ladies who run it are really nice. They’ve gone to a lot of effort to include a good vegan menu including trialing and developing their banana blossom, testing it with a range of vegan friends to try and get it right. Banana blossom is definitely an acquired taste, some people love it other don’t, but the fish steak is a safe option. Be prepared to wait a little while when we come in and order as they cook everything fresh to order. It’s nice to have a fish and chip shop with a vegan offering anywhere in Norwich that’s actually open in an evening when you want dinner!
