The ramen 🍜 végetable without the egg was good. Service was quick ans staff is nice.

There is a screen were you can registrer and put yourself in the waiting lake. They announced 50 to 75min waiting time. We got a text at 1hour of waiting.
When they call you, you have 5min to show up. We show up few minutes later, they still accepted us.

The BEST ramen - Edit
The vegetable ramen (omit egg) is some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. So flavorful and full of umami. The tofu had great flavor, the broth was creamy, and the spinach noodles were just incredible.
