Hostile Environment at Whole Foods 360 Long Beach - Edit
Read moreThis Whole Foods in Long Beach is hostile to customers and if you don't like it, "shop somewhere else" says the manager. Who do they think they are?
Don't dare put a basket of items selected on the conveyor belt to check out. They will DUMP your groceries over onto the belt, crushing soft produce, and expect you to be grateful they did it. When you complain to a manager for the 4th time, they say it's their prerogative to do that even when no sign exists saying so. They will look at you as a lowly POS when you complain and tell you "their cashier is their best cashier", while she damages the items you selected and gives you a glaring evil eye. Stay away from this Whole Foods if you value your dignity.

Beautiful new location - Edit
Gorgeous! Love it already. Beautiful displays, plenty of specialty variety, lots of plant based brands, large fresh to go options, and I want to eat the bread cabinet.... Being the 365 line, the prices are more reasonable, similar to Sprouts. Granted I went to the Grand Opening but I hope the vibe, the friendliness, and the ample freshness continue. Will be dropping by again soon.
