No vegan tortillas available - Edit
Spoke with the owners and they use milk to make tortillas. They used to offer a whole wheat tortilla that was vegan, but had supplier issues.

We had the little burritos with the vegan bean burger. Unfortunately their salsas and sauces aren't vegan so we took guacamole which was really good.

They make the tortilla fresh right in front of you, which was cool. You can add black bean burger for an additional dollar. No vegan cheese option. Note: even the regular size burrito was pretty big- I can’t imagine how big the “el jefe” is. Little patio in the back with a large umbrella for shade. Good lunch spot. #Veganuary

Tortilla that they use for the burritos is made in front of your eyes. The burritos are very good, great location heart of downtown, you can eat I'll try to inside or outside, it's like Chipotle you go through the line and pick out items you want on your burrito but it's half the cost of Chipotle.
