Great tapas - Edit
Delicious tapas that filled me up! Only €1 for each dish. I didn’t understand what the server said and thought that was the only food available but they have a menu that I want to try at some point.

Delicious! - Edit
I had the set menu and I ended up completely full and satisfied. For 10.50€ you get 2 dishes, drink (wine, after or beer) and dessert. Everything was very good and tasty and the service was nice and friendly. Absolutely worth a visit

The food tasted great, though I would have liked a bit more. The price isn't too bad either! I think I will come back to try rest of the menu

Nice decor, meh food - Edit
We stopped in Salamanca in our way back to Madrid for dinner.
Read moreWe were encouraged by the waitress to order a burger or hot dog instead of tapas because "tapas" were too tiny just for dinner.
We tried the Oat burguer with spicy peppers and even though it looked really good when it came to the table (massive patty) it was just appearance. It was a thick paste, it felt very dry and we couldn't even finish it. We also order a spinach lasagna that came with roasted cherry tomatoes on the side (which were completely delicious), but the lasagna itself was not very impressive, the bechamel was pretty dry and it just felt old to us. We told the waitress about the lasagna and she just told us no one has ever complained before about it, so we never got the chance to mention the burger, she dind't seem very happy to hear our suggestion of making a more liquid bechamel.
The drinks they offer are good though and we really enjoyed the artisanal pear cider, maybe if we come back to Salamanca and there's no other option we would try the tapas next time, which by the way looked really good when other table ordered them, and not tiny at all (just cheaper than the burger)

Good restaurant and good food ... loved the way they had decorated the place .... waitresses could have been a little more friendly though .... but went twice in a row .... so couldn't have been that bad :)

Amazing and unexpensive food. There's a daily menu of 10.50€ (mon-fri) which includes two courses, drink and dessert. The weekend menu includes three courses for the fair price of 15€.

Great food, friendly staff - Edit
We shared a few tapas which were all vegan versions of typical dishes from the area. They focus a lot on imitating meat dishes as traditional food from the area is quite meaty. So expect hearty, flavourful cooking that will leave you really full! We really enjoyed all the dishes and couldn't help but having dessert as well which was delicious. The staff was really kind and friendly. They were happy to let us in with our dog and even brought her a bowl of water and a biscuit. I absolutely recommend it in every aspect!

November lunch - Edit
Arrived at 12.30pm as cafe opened on cold, drizzly day. Informed that lunch was not served until 1.30pm! So, back out into streets for an hour. Was it worth the wait? Yes, service was good and fast. Food was tasty and nutritious. 2 x course + glass of wine 10.50 euros - very good value.

It is a place with a very original decoration based on recycled materials. Economic menu is available. We tried the strudel of vegetables and tofu, soy stew, bulgur salad, croquetes of peach, watermelon custard and coconut flan. Very tasty. Maybe the service a bit slow.
