Very limited vegetarian options - Edit
The goat cheese salad looked great but they grilled the goat cheese on the same grill as the meat (smelled like meat). Veggie quinoa burger had canned mushrooms on top. A bit pricey for what you get. Servers seemed indifferent.

La hamburguesa estaba riquísima con su pan rústico. Lo único malo a tener en cuenta es que en la entrada del restaurante hay una persona cortando jamón. Lo recomiendo mucho teniendo en cuenta las opciones que hay, en general en Teruel

I (a vegetarian) had a good experience. The burger was good, the tomato-ginger-salad was great! Only con is, that the sauce which they serve with the vegan-burger is with honey. But they serve it separately, so you don't have to put it on if you don't want it. You can ask for ketchup instead.

Pedí la hamburguesa "Vegan no carne', incluye miel, decirle al camarero que no la ponga. Le dije al camarero encargado que las personas veganas no comemos miel, que si no quiere que hayan malentendidos que no incluyan miel o que pongan que es vegetariana en vez de vegana porque da lugar a confusión.

El restaurante es una jamonería que está en la famosa plaza del torico.

Very centric place with vegan options, but it only has 2 burgers and one of them with honey, even though they call it vegan.

It's good to have vegan burgers in the Plaza del Torico. But you have to ask to NOT put the honey and mustard sauce, which is not vegan. They also don't have vegan desserts.
