Not many vegan options - Edit
This is a lovely restaurant, and I’ve eaten here in the past, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. There is a vegetarian section on the menu, but only one option (the portobello mushroom) is vegan. The server told me they could make the Beyond Burger vegan by leaving off the cheese, but it says it comes with buttered buns and aioli, which I had to point out to her, so be careful about that.
Read moreShe said that they could make any of the flatbreads vegan by leaving off the cheese, so I ordered the veggie flatbread. It came out literally as dry bread with some corn, onions, and zucchini on it! No sauce! I asked for some kind of sauce, and she brought a container of smoked tomato sauce out, which I dabbed on the bread, but it wasn’t very good. Based on other reviews, I thought they would be much better at catering to vegans. Just wanted to warn other vegans not to order the flatbreads without cheese. Stick to customizing their vegetarian options. I really hope this place expands their vegan offerings because it’s a nice atmosphere, and my omni friends loved their food.
Pros: Some vegetarian options , Farm fresh food , Nice atmosphere
Cons: Few vegan choices

totally worth 5 stars! - Edit
I’m a little annoyed that I can’t give a 5 star review because they aren’t completely vegetarian. My husband and I LOVE this place.
Read moreAfter moving from Colorado, where vegan food was plentiful, we were concerned about the food fare here in Alabama. This place never disappoints, though!
We come here for every special occasion, and actually like that it’s a little upscale and fancy. If I wanted a cheap meal, I’d go to chipotle. 🤷🏻♀️ it’s awesome to have a place to go where we can get dressed up and actually eat main courses instead of ordering four side dishes. The staff is always super friendly, as well.

wonderful dinner - Edit
Although they are only listed as "veg options" they went out of their way to accommodate me as a vegan.

Great place - Edit
If you're looking for a vegetarian-friendly, upscale dining option in Huntsville, this could be it. I had tried the beer-battered tofu, and they had a portobello on flatbread that was vegan, too. Top-notch food, and just marginally more than you'd be paying elsewhere. Highly recommend. Oh, and our waitress said that the owners were vegetarian.
