Incredible food, wonderful people

1837 Vegan in general is an excellent choice for delicious, filling, and healthful food. Pharaoh and family are wonderful people and truly believe in what they do- making and sharing the best food around! I asked 1837 to cater a rehearsal dinner for 40 people and Pharaoh provided us with a menu of so much amazing food! This was many people's first time trying a fully vegan meal, and everyone was so impressed. Pharaoh cooked everything by himself, and shared his story with lots of curious family and friends. I'm grateful he was available to cook for us, it truly made the evening special. Thank you!!
