There was some confusion over croissant used for vegan croissant sandwich being vegan, or not. Eventually they confirmed it is not actually vegan so offered me sourdough.
Read moreFood was only so-so. Staff were very nice but there is clearly a lack of understanding on what is vegan, even in the vegan marked items.

Hidden gem in Simi Valley - Edit
Great Asian dishes and vegan jerky. They even have vegan croissants, shaved ice and slushee drinks. Not too expensive and friendly service.

Nice to see another place in Simi that offers Vegan options. Their drinks are great and they can make almost any smoothie vegan with their plant based milk options. Their slushies are pretty great too. Unfortunately, their sandwiches are just plain gross. My chicken patty was microwaved and was dry and hard on the edges. The popcorn chicken was really good, just a tad salty. I don't recommend the sandwiches. I haven't tried their bowls yet, so hopefully those are better.
