The food is not breathtaking, but eatable - and really cheap. All in all it’s an okay place to eat when you are near the train station and hungry, but definitely not the top adress for vegan food in Ljubljana.

The food is really good. Delicious desserts and great burgers. I like the fact that the lemonade doesn’t have sugar in it. Really refreshing! The place itself could use a restoration, but it has its charm.

They have a wide selection of food. The daily buffet is healthy and super cheap! They have Slovenian specialties too. Friendly staff and right outside the bus station. Awesome place!

I decided to serve from the buffet rather than the menu because I wanted to try several different dishes. Even though some plates were already empty and others didn't look that freshly made anymore (understandable as I went there on a Sunday rather late in the evening), the taste was great!
Read moreAt the buffet you pay per weight, there are salads and around ten main dishes to choose from, everything I tried was good. Especially the goulash was absolutely incredible, I have never had something vegan taste so much like the "original" (meat) version.
Beer is served, but only alcohol-free.
I paid around 8 € for a big plate and a drink, what's really acceptable!
The inside of the restaurant could be cozier but outside seating is great.

Based on the reviews, I had no idea what happened when I went to this place, I honestly wish I could give it a one star. First of all, we got there and the staff wasn’t the most friendly, didn’t greet us or anything, just kept looking at his phone. Second, the buffet looked as though the food had been sitting out for about 8 hours (we arrived at 7pm), everything was crusted over, a ton of stuff was almost gone, there were no direct signs above each item to say was it was ....we considered ordering from the menu but based on the ‘greeting’ we got, we weren’t sure how well that would go so we got the buffet. I didn’t mind a lot of the items but I ate maybe half my plate. Third, the bathroom was a disaster, toilet paper everywhere and NO SOAP, one thing I hate more than anything! Fourthly, there were flies EVERYWHERE, while we were eating and surrounding the buffet that wasn’t covered or anything. I felt sick thinking about eating the food and that’s probably why I didn’t eat much. I will say that it was extremely inexpensive, they weigh your plate and each of ours was about 5 euro!

Don't expect a sit down restaurant, but if you've just got of a train or bus etc it's perfect as finding vegan food is not always easy when you've just landed in a new city. They have lots of choices and it's super cheap.

5 minute walk from Ljubljana train station. A lot of food for your money with a nice choice of food. We spent 19€ on two plates of food and two cams of drink. We could have easily spent half of that as it was sooo filling. Staff not very attentive and the food wasnt really hot but was OK for a budget meal.

For a good price you can eat various of vegan food. There is a buffet with healthy and tasty options and also a menu with fast food options.

I had a great experience with the Tiramisu dessert! The vegibab wasn't the most flavourful I had in my life, or even in Slovenia for that matter (Veni Vegi Vici was way beyond this), but it was large and cheap.

I arrived to this Loving Hut around 2PM on a Monday. Although the food at the buffet initially looked bland and a little old, I was VERY surprised at how tasty each dish was. Furthermore, my full plate of food cost a measly 5 euro - a real bargain! I plan to return here before I leave Ljubljana.

OMG.. vegan fast food!! We had the kebab and gyros with fries. Serving portions are huge. It was delicious.

There are many seats and very friendly and helpful staff. You can choose from a variety of dishes from the menu or choose the buffet from which you pay by weight. The food is delicious and filling, the prices are OK. Tip: in the evening is not as much choice at the buffet as at lunchtime.

We went in to eat on a Thursday evening around 19:30. The restaurant was open until 21:00. Yet, almost all the food trays were empty and there really was only one dish left, which wasn't even warm anymore. The rest of the dishes from the buffet were scraps and cold leftovers. Such a disappointment after reading the reviews. Had to go somewhere else to get some more food because this was really poor.

They offer a vegan buffet for 90ct/100g which is really good and filling. There is a great variety of dishes, complementary filtered water and the staff is incredibly nice! Highly recommend!
