Veggies and Tofu Wrap

Slice tofu into strips and saute with oil in frying pan for 1 minute on each side. Add soy sauce. Wash and prepare all veggies. In a large plate, place a sheet of chard leaf. Top with 2 slices of tofu and rest of veggies. Salt and pepper to taste. A tasty vegan wrap recipe.

1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup sprouts, alfalfa or clover
