Vegan Spinach Tofu Pinwheels

Instructions
Thaw frozen spinach on the pan.
Once spinach has started to cook, add the minced garlic.
When all the water from the spinach evaporates, take the pan off the heat and roll out the dough in a rectangular shape.
Put the spinach on top of the dough and spread it along the longer side.
Add the shredded tofu on top of the spinach. Roll the dough and make sure it is tight enough.
When the dough is fully rolled, use a sharp knife to slice it into pinwheels.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown at 200C.
