    Mash the tofu with a fork into small pieces.
    In a pan put the tofu, turmeric and salt with a little olive oil. Stir well until all the ingredients are mixed, turn off the fire and add the soya cream to make it creamy, add the chives to decorate. Serve and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    100g Tofu
    1 dessert spoon of soya cream
    1 tea spoon of turmeric
    Black salt
    Olive oil
    Chives to garnish

    Optional: garlic or onions
