Cut tofu into fish fillet sized slices. Set in strainer to drain.
Mix dry flours, baking powder, nutritional yeast, herbs and about 3/4 of a can of beer (or until a thick breading is created)
Let mixture sit and marinate together.
Slice nori to fit over one side of tofu slice. Using the coconut amino to gentle push and seal it to the tofu.
Heat a frying pan to medium heat. Dip fillets into thick batter. Place in pan to cook. Flip after one side starts to brown (3 minutes approximately, each side.)
When almost done, squirt lemon juice over fillet with a little old bay seasoning. Serve and enjoy.

1 nori roll
1 cup flour
1 cup harina or corn flour
1 can beer of choice (or sparkling water for the bubbles)
1/8 cup baking powder
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Paprika to tase
Old Bay seasoning to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Mustard powder to taste
Liquid coconut aminos or soy sauce
Lemon juice
