Chop the bell peppers, onions, beetroot and any additional vegetables of choice (i.e. zucchini, aubergine, etc.)
Fry them in a pan with abundant oil until the vegetables soften and the onion is no longer crunchy.
Chop the garlic and add it to the pan a couple of minutes before the vegetables are done together with the salt and pepper.
Blend the veggie mixture together with the already cooked white beans.
Add some wholegrain flour to add consistency.
Quickly fry them on a pan for extra flavor. If vegetarian, egg can be added to make the breading of the burgers. Otherwise only flour will do and perhaps some other vegan techniques can be found on the internet.
Use some bread, sprouts, tomato and sauce and the burger is ready to be served.
