    Instructions

    In a blender, combine arribiatta sauce, beans, and water. Puree until smooth.
    Transfer to pot, and heat on stove top until piping hot.
    If using greens, place a handful at the bottom of the serving bowl, add hot soup on top.
    If a more chunky soup is desired, leave 1/3 of beans out and combine them in to the mixture after blending.

    Ingredients

    1 25oz jar arribiatta sauce
    1 14oz can great northern beans, drained
    14oz water
    Optional spinach or baby kale
