Instructions
Dice onion and saute in either vegetable broth, vegan butter or olive oil
Mince garlic and saute with the onion
Cut up cauliflower and in a large pot, boil in vegetable broth until tender when pressed with a fork.
Add everything, including the salt, pepper and nutritional yeast to a food processor or high powered blender.
Blend until smooth and thin out to desired consistency using either plant based milk or vegetable broth if necessary
