Spicy Avocado Toast

Toast your 2 slices of bread. While toasting carefully open the avocado and remove the pit.
Using a serrated knife thinly slice some red onion. Also with the serrated knife peel and chop your medium sized tomato.
Lay your toast on the cutting board or plate. Using a spoon scoop one half of the avocado onto each piece of toast. Mash the avocado with your spoon or a fork, leaving some chunks for texture if you like.
Add slivered red onion, chopped tomato, and sesame seeds on top of the avocado. Drizzle as much sriracha over the top to taste. Serve and enjoy.
