    Instructions

    Boil cashews in water.
    Mix crust ingredients in food processor .
    Grease muffin tin.
    Add 1 tbsp of crust to each mold.
    Mix all the filling Ingredients together except pitaya and curcumin.
    Put crust in freezer.
    Put the filling batter into two bowls and then add pitaya to one and curcumin to one.
    Add the yellow filling to the crust then put in freezer for 10 minutes.
    Now add pink pitaya and top with whatever you want, I used dried strawberries.
    Freeze for 4-6 hours.

    Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 cup dates
    1 cup almonds or walnuts

    Filling:
    1 1/2 cup cashews
    Vanilla extract
    Tsp pink pitaya
    2 tsp yellow curcumin powder
