Simple Cashew Cheese Sauce

Instructions
Soak cashews for 8 hours in water if you do not have high power blender or food processor.
Peel, roughly dice, and boil potatoes until tender, about 7-10 minutes
Roughly chop onion and place all other ingredients in blender (if high powered blender, just add raw cashews without soaking).
Add potatoes and hot potato water when done cooking.
Blend everything together until smooth. Taste periodically and add additional salt, pepper or liquid aminos to taste.
Serve and enjoy.
