Wash and cut potatoes horizontally into chunks. If the potatoes skin is harder, peel them.
Place chunks in an oiled glassware, swish around so that they are covered with oil, salt them.
Bake potato in the middle of a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees celsius for about 40-45 minutes. Keep an eye on them as potatoes will start to brown at around 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the packaging. Normally you just add water to the powder and heat it in a pan over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until it starts to thicken.
Once the potatoes are ready, serve them in a bowl, pour as much gravy over them as you please, and add lots of grated vegan cheese on top.
