Melt vegan butter in a sauce pan and add your finely chopped onion.
Next add garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Then add your soy milk and stir.
Continue stirring over medium heat and add your nutritional yeast and corn starch to thicken the sauce.
Finally, stir in lemon juice and black pepper. This can be served over pasta, vegetables, etc.
