Instructions
Finely chop 5 dates removing the pits.
Break the vegan chocolate bars into squares and melt in a bowl. This can be done in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
Add oats, flax and chia seed mixture, golden syrup, almond butter and protein powder.
Mix the ingredients together well and add up to 5 tablespoons of water if the mixture is too dry.
Place mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes to cool.
Then roll into balls and store in fridge. Enjoy!
