Instructions
In a large cooking pot, saute garlic, ginger, onion, spices and seeds in the Earth Balance or olive oil.
Add garbanzo beans, tomatoes, and water.
Cook at a simmer until content thickens.
Serve over rice.

1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup peeled chopped ginger root
2 tablespoon non-soy Earth Balance butter substitute or organic olive oil

2 tablespoon cumin seed
2 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
pinch of white pepper
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tablespoon cayenne
1/2 cup water
