Cocoa Raisin and Peanut Butter Tortilla

Combine the flour and the warm water and knead until fully combined.
Sprinkle flour onto a plate or other flat surface, separate into three or four balls. On the prepared surface, flatten the balls into raw tortillas.
Heat a pancake or crepe pan. Make sure the pan is really hot. Do not use oil on the pan. Heat the tortillas for 90 seconds on each side.
Spread the peanut butter on the tortillas and sprinkle them with the raisins, cinnamon and the cocoa nibs. Serve and enjoy!
