Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

    Instructions

    Roughly chop apple, including skin but discard the core, and place in a jug ready for blending.
    Peel and roughly chop banana, and place into jug.
    Add 200ml of plant milk, then add tahini, cinnamon and coconut.
    Blend until content is smooth. Enjoy.

    Ingredients

    1 organic, medium apple
    1 large banana
    200 ml rice or almond milk
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 tablepoon tahini or unsalted almond butter
    1.5 tablespoon dessicated coconut
