Blend the frozen banana chunks until disintegrated. Add in the milk and oats. Blend until smooth.
Then add the cocoa and protein powder and blend until everything is well combined. Add more milk if you want to drink it like a smoothie, add less milk if you want to eat it like an ice cream.
