Instructions
Fry onions in the oil until golden brown. Stir in spices, garlic and herbs.
Add soya rama spiced mince and fry on medium for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
Stir in can of diced tomatoes and can of drained red kidney beans. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low.
Prepare wraps as per instructions on packaging. Line wraps with avocado and hummus.
Add salad mix then spread a generous layer of chili con carne.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or vegan cheese, wrap and enjoy with a side of salad.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1-2 tablespoon chili sauce or 1-3 chopped chilies, to taste
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt, to taste
For the salad:
Avocado
Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Chopped red or green peppers
