    In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to boil.
    Add cauliflower florets, and let cook until florets are soft and most of the water is gone.
    Mash the cauliflower in the pot.
    Stir in 1 tablespoon of tahini. Then add tumeric, cumin, cayenne, and salt.
    Stir until the content forms a thick, creamy consistency.

    Ingredients

    250g cauliflower florets
    1 tablespoon tahini
    1 teaspoon tumeric
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    pinch of cumin powder
    pinch of celery salt
    2 cups water
