"That's Ms. Liberal Vegetarian Hippy Freak to you, Buddy," is the hanging in my physics and math classroom. My friends call me a freak. I, with my husband and two children, have been vegan for 12 years. The dogs are not. We live off our land as much as we can and do our best to make sure everything we do reduces our footprint on this earth. We strive to be health and social conscious.
