We lived in Spain and Chile, and have been in Tucson since 1995. I have been on and off vegetarian for most of my adult life, but our son is severely allergic to milk products, so we often eat at vegan restaurants, especially when traveling. I am mildly allergic to garlic, which is honestly harder than being vegetarian.
