Vegan for the environment. I love food, I love to cook. I love to learn more about all the topics realted. I am no big fan of vegan food that uses unnecessary " super foods" from far places or is just a bowl of ingredients that have no concept together, for a way too high price. Vegan doesn't have to be fancy. It can be local, bio, with regional ingredients and a nice recipe. But I am also always open to try out new restaurants and dishes. I am a huge fan of finding original vegan recipes in other cuisines. I like to answer questions and but I don't tell other people what to eat. It's a personal decision. :)
