Greetings My name is Qiana but you can call me “Q”. I am 42 yr old, former educator who taught in Baltimore City Public schools now back in healthcare as a remote Revenue Cycle Trainer. I am currently a flexitarian. Us flexitarians usually stick to a vegetarian diet but will sometimes eat meat or fish in special circumstances. This is what I prefer too stick too. So any suggestions or words of advice are welcomed to keep me balanced with eating healthier.
