I would say I’m about 92% vegan. I would like to move towards 100% plant-based. I’m working on it. I’m learning a lot about cooking with gluten free options. I have been cooking for years but cooking is always a new learning experience. Especially when you experiment with your diet like I do! ✨☺️✨
