Hi, my name is Cora and I am sixtysix years of age. My whole life I innately preferred plants over animal-based foods but I took life as it came and how I was educated. Only in 2010 I became 100% vegetarian transitioning to vegan and since 2017 I finally became a 100% whole-food plant-based vegan. I can only regret I so late in life discovered how well this lifestyle actually suits me.
