Have been veggie since 1971. My mother took me to doctor cos she thought I would die! Both my children (aged 27 and 19) have been veggie since they were eggs! We are all very healthy, rarely ill. I love food,and even non-veggies love my cooking..and are usually very surprised the first time that its not just a load of vegetables on a plate.
