Been vegan close to 40 years and raised 3 vegan kids (now adult vegans). Recently coined the phrase nutritional vegan to express that I went vegan for my health and for the planet. Of course I also embrace the ethical and environmental reasons, too. I mostly stick to organic unprocessed whole foods with minimal packaging. I also have a very small carbon footprint preferring to get around by bike, and my new all electric car when needed. My new pandemic hobby is wild mushroom foraging - so much fun!!🤗
