We share dinners and talks about agriculture and cooking in Mesoamerica. We are a gastronomic project with an urban garden. We grow native corn and we are committed to agroecological agriculture. After working as a restaurant for 7 years and being the first plant-based restaurant in Oaxaca we moved into a new era where we focus on education, research and experimental cuisine. Share with us this journey through Mesoamerican agriculture and Oaxacan food with an 8 course dinner, mezcal tasting and talk in a beatiful patio in downtown Oaxaca. Since the corn we use comes from our garden we have limited spaces and recomend a 24hrs notice for reservations. Book know!
