We share dinners and talks about agriculture and cooking in Mesoamerica. We are a gastronomic project with an urban garden. We grow native corn and we are committed to agroecological agriculture. After working as a restaurant for 7 years and being the first plant-based restaurant in Oaxaca we moved into a new era where we focus on education, research and experimental cuisine.
