I am at home in the beautiful southwest of Germany. My ancestors come from Rhineland-Palatinate and Switzerland. I live with Tourette Syndrome since I was 12 years old. The vegan diet and the avoidance of alcohol and caffeine have reduced my Tourette symptoms by more than 50%. This is an individual perception and cannot automatically be transferred to other Tourette sufferers. Individual food intolerances may play a role.
