Not really a "Vegan", per se...doing this for health reasons *ONLY*. I'm consuming approximately 95-98% of a WFPB/Starch diet since 01/01/2017. I am a very slow-moving work-in-progress, heading for an eventual goal of full WFPB eating, with little-or-no processed foods or SOS.
