Who am I? I work for an amazing non-profit that brings health to those who need it I run. I’m working on running a race in every town in the state of Connecticut and working my way towards a full marathon (possibly in 2018). I practice yoga. A lot. This has been a foundational part of my life, opening many doors for me, including my ability to run in the ways that I have and accept my body for what it can do rather than what it can look like. I practice veganism. I’m not perfect, but I strive to reduce the amount of the suffering in my life and do so by not partaking in the consumption of meat or any animal products. I served in the Peace Corps (Guinea, West Africa) and AmeriCorps (Minneapolis, MN), and have lived abroad in France (Nimes, Gard).
