i am from portland, oregon, where the glut of all vegan deliciousness thrives, but i am going to school in Hungary, where most people give a blank stare in definition of vegetarianism, and have never heard the word, 'vegan.' but i love it here, and am very happily subsisting on lentils and veggies.
